VCL-MegaConnect
Valiant offers a wide range of E1 DACS and T1
DACS (Digital Access Cross Connect) Switch solutions for applications including aggregating fractional E1/T1 circuits, access
cross-connect, Hi-Z (high impedance) monitoring, automatic protection switching (1+1 APS).
All models are available with TCP-IP remote access and
monitoring facility.
Our Digital Access Cross Connect (DACS) solutions include:
VCL-DACS™ is a digital cross-connect switch, which
presents its user an easy to use, yet a sophisticated platform to cross-connect to 16/64,
E1 or T1 ports. The VCL-DACS™ offers full cross-connect functionality to
cross-connect, and / or aggregate DS-0s, "n"x64Kbps consecutive data channels
and fractional E1 channels to full E1 channels / fractional T1 channels to full T1
channels. |

Valiant also offers a wide range of E1 and T1
Groomers for non-intrusive monitoring applications. The VCL-MegaConnect, E1 and T1,
Hi-Z Monitoring Groomers may be used for non-intrusive monitoring of "live" E1
and T1 traffic links, non-intrusively, through a high impedance monitoring point on a
patch panel or a DDF. The equipment also allows the user to groom the selected time-slots
carrying the monitored data to selected E1 or T1 normal impedance ports which can be
connected to protocol analysers, probes, test equipment, billing servers etc.
Solutions offered and available for Hi-z Non-Intrusive
Monitoring applications are:
- The 16 E1 Port
Groomer for monitoring upto 7 E1 links (with 14 E1 receivers), and additionally offers
plus 2 E1 ports (Normal-Z) to connect the groomed time-slots to measurement-probes,
protocol analysers, billing servers etc.
- The 16 T1 Port
Groomer for monitoring upto 7 T1 links (with 14 T1 receivers), and additionally offers
plus 2 T1 ports (Normal-Z) to connect the groomed time-slots to measurement-probes,
protocol analysers, billing servers etc.
- The 32 E1 Port Groomer
for monitoring upto 16 E1 links (with 32 E1 receivers and offers additionally 4 E1
ports (Normal-Z) to connect the groomed time-slots to measurement-probes, protocol
analysers, billing servers etc.
The 32 T1 Port Groomer for monitoring upto 16 T1 links (with 32 T1 receivers and offers additionally 4 T1 ports (Normal-Z) to connect the groomed time-slots to
measurement-probes, protocol analysers, billing servers etc.
The 64 Port Plus E1 Groomer for monitoring upto 32 E1 links (64 E1 receivers) and offers 16 additional E1 ports of normal impedance to connect the groomed
time-slots to measurement-probes, protocol analysers, billing servers etc.
The 64 Port Plus T1 Groomer for monitoring upto 32 T1 links (64
T1 receivers) and offers 16 additional T1 ports of normal impedance to connect the groomed time-slots to
measurement-probes, protocol analysers, billing servers etc.
